SVP, Operational Risk

One of our key banking clients is recruiting a seasoned ORM professional to join the team, due to business expansion.

Reporting to the Asia Head, you will establish the operational risk policies and governance processes while providing oversight to technology operational risk and cyber risk in the region. You will act as the subject matter expert for performance issues, assess risks and drive solutions to address the problem. You will maintain effective working relationships with different lines of defence and business units. While ensuring compliance, you will monitor risk and progress to ensure that goals are met through performance.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years' operational risk experiencein corporate banking environment
• Candidates with Internal audit background are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in third party or vendor oversight would be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, relationship management and influencing skills
• Candidate who require work pass need not apply
