My client is a leading global buy-side firm. They are looking for a senior & seasoned business manager to join their Investment Support division.

This role will support the department on a global scale focused on strategic & tranformative initiatives which encompasses covering plans to support the company's various investment strategies. The incumbent would also be invovled in budgeting & headcount planning for the department alongside corporate initiatives such as business surveys and BCP.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 15+ years' of relevant experience
  • Experience with public markets is a plus
  • Experience running and managing large scale transformations & initatives
  • Strategic mindset but able to get hands dirty when needed
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
