TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER ($12000 X 13)

Our client is an established Medical Technology startup

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hiring best talents cross tech hubs in SEA region.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to drive recruiting strategies
  • Be a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring the best talents
  • Interviewing & Selection
  • Preparing offer letters, contracts and other related documents
  • Handle Compensation Package & On boarding issues
  • Participate in the churning of year end reports
  • Support any HR projects
  • Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Degree and above
  • At least 4 to 5 years of recruitment experience in technology roles
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with GSuite and BambooHR.
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Able to work independently
  • Possesses good communication skills

Salary ranges from $7000 ~ $12000 with AWS and attractive VB
