Talent Acquisition Specialist - Semiconductor (Jurong West)

Role Overview

Join a fast-growing semiconductor manufacturing environment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for attracting and hiring high-calibre engineering, technical and manufacturing talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build strong talent pipelines and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, technical and manufacturing functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, direct sourcing, referrals and industry networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and offer negotiations.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Ideal Requirements

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing or technology industries preferred.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Good understanding of semiconductor engineering and manufacturing functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong English communication skills; additional Asian languages are a plus.
