Tax Analyst

A global investment management firm is seeking a Tax Analyst to join its expanding tax team, supporting UK and international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This newly created role, based in Bangalore and reporting to the Tax Manager (UK), offers exposure to a wide range of corporate tax, transfer pricing, and reporting matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preparation of tax figures and disclosures for financial statements and management reporting.
  
• Review and coordinate direct tax returns with external service providers and internal teams.
  
• Maintain tax compliance calendars and manage filing and payment deadlines globally.
  
• Assist with transfer pricing, employment tax, CBCR, and Pillar Two reporting.
  
• Manage tax documentation, budgets, and engagements.
  
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR teams on cross-functional tax matters.
  

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified with experience in tax compliance and reporting, ideally within a professional services or financial firm.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
