Team Lead, Business Development, FinTech platform

We are currently working with a high-growth start-up that are rapidly expanding their team. This firm is building an innovative platform that leverage data and analytics and perfect for all retail consumers. This is a Team lead, for Business Development team.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Develop the strategy and new business ecosystem
• Driving sales and revenue for the firm
• Managing KPIs and forecasts for team monetization
• Designing, planning and executing sales incentives plans for the sales and BD team

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 8 - 12 years of BD/sales experience within retail, FinTech or payments firms
• Experience partnering with SMEs, merchants and banks
• Network within card payment organizations or banks will be an advantage
• Managed and led high performing sales teams
• Analytical skills to take on data driven approach to recommendations
• Thrives in a flat structures and is a driven individual
• Bachelors Degree/MBA in Finance
