Technical Account Manager (FinTech Software)

Job description

Our client is a UK-headquartered Financial Services Trading Software provider specialising in Fixed Income, FX, derivatives and equities with presence across UK, USA, Europe, APAC. They are currently looking to hire an experienced 'Technical Account Manager' in Singapore to be part of a regional team to cover APAC region.

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you would be responsible for providing excellent experience for clients, as their main point of contact. You will also work with project, development, product teams to ensure smooth implementation of the platform.


Requirements :

  • 4+ years' experience in Project Implementation, Technical Account Management, Client Services across Financial Institutions or FinTech
  • Experience delivering and implementing financial software services to ensure high rate of customer satisfaction
  • Good technical understanding of FI, FX, equities, derivatives, OTC products would be an added advantage
  • Strong relationship building, consultative approach with clients and stakeholder management with internal teams (product, project, development, sales, compliance, legal etc.)
