Our client is a leading financial services Software Solutions provider with over 38 years of history and has over 8000 employees worldwide, with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore.

Due to headcount expansion, they are currently looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a team of Solutions Architects and Software Engineers across APAC. Reporting to the Head of APAC Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful technical delivery of Financial Crime & Compliance related projects within timeline for the customers. You will be expected to be the primary point of contact for customers to understand their technical requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also work alongside with your team to participate on hands - on technical tasks, such as performing code reviews to ensure the quality of the delivery.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields of study
  • Has over 10 years of working experience in the Financial Services industry, including at least 4 years of experience working in similar Financial Services Software Solutions providers or consultancy firms in a client facing role
  • Has previous experience leading technical teams including software engineers and solutions architects
  • Good technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Financial Crime & Compliance software products
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves and perform a hands - on role alongside the team whenever required
  • Keeps up to date with the latest market trends and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders
