We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead for this role, to be based in Bangalore, India. This role entails overseeing technical operations and crafting the technological roadmap for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Over 15 years of extensive experience in the financial sector, life insurance domain experience is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of team management experience
• Strong understanding of digital user experience in the insurance industry
• Proven experience in coordinating architecture solutions between teams
• Good experience in IT system delivery and project management
