Do you want to revolutionise the way workspaces are being designed and delivered? To build an
innovative cloud based software platform and applications, driven by a deep knowledgebase,
machine learning and modern visualization and collaboration technologies?
As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for defining and delivering key
product features. You will work closely with head of product management, sales, customer
success, UX/UI designers and engineering teams to provide direction, guidance and support. The
TPM role requires in-depth product knowledge and an understanding of the business workflows
and features relationship.
Specific responsibilities
* Manage platform and products roadmap, executing on current priorities while supporting
future strategy planning
* Define product requirements and design concepts, and own the product backlog
* Write user stories and conduct grooming sessions with the teams
* Work with UX/UI designers, translating product requirements to design concepts,
wireframes, mock-ups and detailed graphic design
* Write release documentation & train cross-functional teams on new product enablement
* Evaluate competitors and the market for capability-oriented and emerging development and
technology trends
* Gather, analyze and report key metrics on product performance, launch timelines, and team
* Quickly respond to critical issues, roadblocks and shifting priorities
Requirements, experience and skills
* BA/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
* At-least 3 years of product management experience, including hands-on experience with
Software as a Service (SaaS) product management and delivery
* Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering products on-time
* Excellent communicator, both oral and written, with ability to influence at all levels and in
various departments; a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Experience designing web products along with a solid understanding of web technology
* Ability to distill requirements from multiple stakeholders into a single feature set
* Deep knowledge of the product development life-cycle and agile methodologies
* Experience with facilitating prioritization discussions across product backlogs
