Technical Support Engineer
Our client, one of the most famous Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology company in SEA, is looking for a few technical support Engineers to join their Singapore team.
About the role:
- Set up and performs product demos and Proof of Concepts to the clients
- Supports partners in presentation, exhibitions and product demo
- Performs solution and programming activities from time to time
- Works with clients/partners to provide hands-on first level support
- Participates in developing, troubleshooting and analyzing software programs that operate with hardware systems.
The ideal candidate should have below skills and experience:
- Fresh graduates or professionals with less than 2 years of experience are preferred
- College degree from an accredited institution. Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or other related field preferred
- Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Has good interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders
- Willing to travel according to business requirements
