Technology Manager

About the Company:
My client is an industry leader that provides advanced solutions in areas such as control and measurement across different domains. They specialize in digitalized and automated manufacturing and are now looking for a technology to join their high impact research and development team.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of state-of-the-art automation technologies that are both efficient and safe.
• You will manage project delivery from ideation, planning, to operationalization.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to make sure that your R&D efforts are aligned with business needs as well as industry trends.

Key Requirements

• PhD Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• More than 6 years of experience in innovation and technical development in sensing, control, and system optimization.
• Proven experience in managing a team and driving new initiatives in the organization.
• Knowledge of smart manufacturing and AI empowerment in industrial applications a plus.

Salary range: SGD 9,000 - 12,000 per month
Location: Singapore
