Trade Marketing (& Digital) Manager

Job description

A European FMCG MNC is looking for a Regional Trade Marketing (& Digital) Manager who is able implement the company's categories visions, strategies and trade roadmaps. Defines the objectives for each category and is responsible for the development of performant commercial drivers, taking into account customers and channels' specificities. Have some experience in Digital Marketing.

Here are some of the responsibilities for the role.

  • Lead the shift from brand to category approach
  • Define commercial drivers by channel & perfect store model to deliver
  • Be the sales leader for innovation & renovation
  • Trade fund management & business sufficiency
  • Lead the social strategy

Looking for candidates who have 6 to 8 years of experience in sales (including customer & field successful experience) with a deep market & channel understanding within the FMCG industry. Deep knowledge of channel dynamics, category management and in store commercial drivers. Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behavior, category management. Experience in Digital Marketing.
