Trade Operations Projects Senior Associate

The candidate will support fund onboarding and operational projects across APAC trade floors, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers. Essential skills include knowledge of middle/back-office operations, trade execution, and familiarity with local markets such as China, India, Korea, and Taiwan. While project experience is not mandatory, a willingness to work in a project-based environment is required.

Responsibilities include business analysis, project coordination, stakeholder management, and market engagement. Qualifications encompass a finance-related degree, 3-5 years of financial services experience, expertise in investment operations or settlement/custody roles, and knowledge of asset classes.

Key Attributes:

• Strong Excel skills; VBA and SQL proficiency beneficial.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
