Our client is hiring a Trading Documentation Negotiator. The role involves preparing, negotiating, and tracking trading and financing agreements with institutional counterparties. Responsibilities also include driving new business, working on various projects including regulatory implementation, interpreting policies, identifying and mitigating risks, recommending process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Desired qualifications include 4+ years of Capital Markets Document Negotiation experience, familiarity with ISDAs, CDEAs, and GMRAs, knowledge of Dodd Frank documentation issues, proficiency in Japanese, and strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate adherence to relevant compliance, credit, legal, regulatory, and operational policies and procedures, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple negotiations effectively.
