Our client is a one of the world's largest Commodities Trading firms with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore and enjoys a strong presence across the globe.

They are currently looking for a Quantitative Developer within their Front office Trading team. Reporting to the Manager, you will sit alongside the Front Office team including Traders to develop real-time low latency Algorithmic trading software and applications, as well as implementing automated trading strategies. You will look into developing and improving their current analytical tools that can be used by the trading team. Lastly, you will also act as the 3rd line of support to investigate and resolve any complex technical issues.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree in computer engineering or other related fields of study
  • Has at least 3 to 10 years of software development experience ideally within the Trading, Capital Markets or Commodities industry
  • Strong technical expertise in C++/C# and python on Linux-based platforms
  • Strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Proven work experience in either low latency real-time trading, market data or exchange connectivity
  • Good knowledge in FIX Protocol
