Our client, a global Fund Administrator, is looking to hire a Senior Shareholder Administrator, Transfer Agency with ambitions to play a key role in financial services. You will be responsible for ensuring high level of service to both fund managers and investors by processing subscriptions, redemptions and other investor instructions in accordance with guidelines outlined in fund offering documents. Further, to performing account opening as well as conducting AML/KYC of investors.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of administration in transfer agency experience. preferably from a hedge fund or a private equity background.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and oral) to deal with counterparty in China regularly
  • Ability to multitask and a strong initiative to learn.
