Transformation Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Group Level

Job description

We're looking for a dynamic and commercially sharp Finance professional to be part of this ambitious transformation journey. This newly created Group FP&A role will directly support both the Group COO and Group Finance, acting as a key bridge between strategy and finance to drive performance insights and financial planning across the organisation.

With operations spanning across multiple regions, this organisation is implementing strategic initiatives to centralise functions, roll out a new ERP, and significantly improve financial reporting and business decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial modelling, performance tracking, and business analysis for the Group's transformation programme
  • Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that drive better strategic decision-making
  • Develop and evaluate business cases and pricing analysis in collaboration with country and product heads
  • Provide financial insights to senior management through dashboards, forecasts, and board-level reports
  • Partner with Change Management to assess financial impact and support rollout of new systems and processes
  • Help shape financial planning frameworks, improve analysis workflows, and implement reporting tools


Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline; CPA, CFA, or equivalent credentials are a plus
  • Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within a transformation, consulting, or group-level role
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Familiar with accounting principles, variance analysis, budgeting, and financial statement interpretation
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate data into meaningful strategic insights
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Self-starter mindset with strong initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive change
