Treasury & Trade Finance Assistant Manager

Our client, an international agri-commodity firm, is looking to hire a Trade Finance professional to support Trade Finance Operations and work with the Treasury team on Cash Management. The scope includes bank negotiations for Export LC, reviewing Letter of Credit (LC), liaising with business units to identify opportunities to reduce working capital and adhoc support for cash management and treasury operations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of working experience in Corporate Treasury from Banks and/or Commodity Trading Firms with strong knowledge of LCs/ SBLCs/ BGs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with international stakeholders. Fluency in Chinese is required to liaise with key stakeholders in China.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines and constraint
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
