VCSEL Product & Market Director

Role Overview:

Lead product strategy, development, and market expansion for VCSEL-based technologies, driving innovation and business growth through cross-functional collaboration and ecosystem building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product roadmap and specifications
• Lead new product development and market launch
• Analyze market trends and customer needs
• Drive design-in/design-win with sales teams
• Build application ecosystems (electronics, optics, software, thermal)
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Manage distributor and customer relationships and training

Ideal Requirements:

• 10+ years in semiconductor industry with expertise in VCSEL chip design and process
• Strong knowledge of optoelectronics, laser tech, and semiconductor manufacturing
• Proven experience in product management and market development across mobile, automotive, and industrial sectors
