Vice President, Information Security (SOC Manager)

Vice President - Information Security for an investment company.

This is a senior level professional responsible for leading the efforts to prevent, monitor & respond to information and data breaches and cyber attacks. This individual will be leading the SOC (Security Operations) team currently comprised of 9 x L1 and L2 analysts.

The role is is mainly responsible for day to day operations but given the modern threat landscape the job holder will also need to:

• identify areas of improvement
• take accountability for SOC upgrades
• take the lead for event tuning

Requirements:

• Work experience in the security field, preferably in financial services
• Experience in a SOC environment or Managed Security Services
• Experience with MAS technology related guidelines
• Industry certifications are welcome
