VP, Operational Risk Manager

Our client is a leading fund management firm. They are looking for seasoned ORM professionals to join the team.

As the Subject Matter Expert, you will design and drive corporate ORM program while ensuring consistent implementation of the policies. You will challenge the operational risk assessment and perform deep dive analysis on the processes. You will also review processes to strengthen the control environment.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Mopre than 9-12 years' experience in operational risk management with financial services industry
• Strong understanding of operational processes, risk and controls, and public markets products (equities, fixed income, currencies)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conversations with senior stakeholders
• FRM, CFA qualification would be a plus
