VP, Origination and Investments

A growing FinTech company is expanding in Singapore and hiring a VP, Origination and Investments.

This is a well established FinTech that has been growing year on year and have recently also acquired another boutiqe firm. They focus across fund management and private debt investments space. Investing across various sectors including but not limited to technology, e-commerce and healthcare, they have had an excellent year and hence keen to add an additional individual to the team. As a VP in the Origination team, you will be originating, and structuring deals (end to end cycle). You will also be actively identifying potential investment banking opportunities for the group in Singapore and SEA. Key clients include HNW, Institutional investors and family offices.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 5 - 12 years of experience in a similar origination/structuring role at fund management firms, investment banks or PE/VC
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Excellent knowledge of equity and debt products
• Interest in FinTech landscape in Singapore and SEA
• Degree in Economics/Finance/Law/Accounting from a top-tier university
• Hungry, and driven individual who wants to thrive in a fast-paced environment
