VP, Sales Surveillance Manager

Our client is a leading international bank. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Sales Surveillance Manager to lead a team of 5 in their consumer banking division.

In this critical role, you will guide and influence senior stakeholders to ensure business solutions are optimised. You will be responsible for ensuring sales surveillance on retail banking investment and insurance sales process while remaining compliant to the local regulations. You will enhance the control processes and review service quality provided by Sales Specialists. You will also perform surveillance oversight on the reviews and investigate non-compliant incidents.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years' experience in investment or insurance sales surveillance
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of financial advisory products and MAS Balanced Scorecard framework
• No leadership experience required
