Our client is a leading payment company in Singapore, overseeing the national clearing and payment infrastructure. Acting as the invisible backbone for all digital money transfers within the country, their payment rail infrastructure and card network are leveraged by central banks, clearing houses, and commercial banks to provide payment solutions for both individual consumers and corporate clients.

They are looking for a VP, Security Architect to join the team. You will be involved in aligning security architecture with business needs, crafting robust system architectures, and translating them into security solutions. You will maintain and implement security systems, manage metrics and policies, and stay updated on new technologies. You will also ensure organisational compliance with MAS Cyber Hygiene and Technology Risk Management Guidelines.

To qualify, you must have the following:

• At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or other related fields of study.
• AWS certification is a MUST e.g. AWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional/Associate, AWS Certified Security Specialty. Other Security certifications such as CSA CCSK, GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, GCFE or GNFA are a plus.
• Over 5 years of working experience as a Security Architect in a similar capacity.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adept in various security standards like PCI, MAS TRMG, and SOC I/II.
• Proficient in diverse security solutions such as CDN, WAF, SOAR, EDR/XDR, IPS, DLP, and skilled in Incident Response and Digital Forensics.
• Experience in CI/CD and DevSecOps methodologies, with expertise in architecting and implementing secure, scalable, and resilient solutions in hybrid cloud environments.
