Our client is a leading payment company in Singapore. Acting as the invisible backbone for all digital money transfers within the country, their payment rail infrastructure and card network are leveraged by central banks, clearing houses, and commercial banks to provide payment solutions for both individual consumers and corporate clients.

They are looking for a VP, Security Architect to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Security Program Office, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and be involved in end-to-end Application Security projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring Security By Design principles are adhered to throughout the design and implementation phases of these projects. Additionally, you will be the security engineering expert and provide guidance on secure coding practices, security testing, and vulnerability management. Finally, you will support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements by conducting security risk assessments and threat modelling.

If you have experience managing end-to-end Application Security projects with strong stakeholder management skills then this role is for you.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or other related fields of study. Relevant cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security - Specialty will be a plus.
  • Over 5 years of working experience in security engineering with expertise in various security domains. At least 3 years of experience handling Application Security projects.
  • Strong understanding of overall security architecture and Security By Design principles.
  • Knowledge of MAS TRM, PCI DSS, PCI PTS.
  • Experience with Cloud Security.
  • Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience in supporting internal and external audits.
