VP Senior Business Analyst (Service Cloud)

Job description

Our client is a leading global bank who are currently in the midst of a large-scale automation program within their Institutional Banking business. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to focus on their Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and roll-outs.

Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you would be responsible to roll out the Client Service Platform across the bank's network while working closely with Business & Technology stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' Business Analysis/SME experience in Service Cloud platforms
  • Industry experience in Consulting, Banking or Financial Services is preferred
  • Experience in analysis, requirement gathering, design and implementation for large-scale project
  • Strong understanding of Service Cloud and Community Cloud capabilities, best practices and limitations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across the region & globally
