VP/SVP, FX Research Analyst

Being part of the front office Portfolio Management team, the incumbent is responsible for conducting deep dive fundamental research. He/she will work together with portfolio managers on generating investment strategies as well as investment ideas. This is a role that involves fundamental and technical analysis, and provides a pathway to becoming a portfolio manager, if that is their preferred path. This opportunity is open to candidates from buy-side or sell-side.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 8-15 years of experience in FX Strategy research or FX Research (ideally global FX)
• Track record of successful trades/recommendations
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python/R programming
• Background in Economics is advantageous
• Degree in Economics/Financial Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
