VP, Trade Services Product Manager

A global bank is hiring for AVP/VP, Trade Services Product Manager. This is an exciting role to play an integral part of the transaction banking growth strategy within trade services that covers broad range of products including trade loans, trade finance.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Managing all product programs in region, and effective execution of strategy and roadmap
• Implement product initiatives, including digitalization strategies
• Overall P&L of the function's pillar and sub-products
• Partner with broader business (Sales, Risk, Compliance) on aligning objectives and commercialization of products

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 5- 8 years of experience in transaction banking product management or sales roles
• Knowledge of trade products
• Growth mindset and one who is innovative and enjoys challenges
• Innovative and likes to think out of the box to brainstorm solutions
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills
• Bachelors degree in Accountancy/Finance
