[Wafer Fab] Customer Engineer

Role Overview:
Seeking a Customer Engineer to support new device introduction, coordinate projects with clients and internal teams, and ensure successful execution of customer deliverables. The role requires strong technical knowledge, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute new device introduction, including tape-out and tooling operations, to achieve first pilot success.
• Act as customer interface, ensuring smooth cross-department coordination.
• Manage meetings, conference calls, and customer visits with professional presentation and logistics.
• Handle project documentation, summaries, and meeting minutes for management review.

Ideal Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor fab; process integration background preferred.
• Solid understanding of wafer process flow, device physics, and foundry operations.
