Warehouse Executive, Customer Service APAC

Our client is one of the world's leading consumer goods manufacturers and marketers. They are now keen to look for a Customer Service Executive to be based at their regional distribution center in west Singapore.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for regional distribution center and supply chain team
  • Work with 3PL partners, internal and external customers on shipment status, priorities and complaints
  • Coordinate with customer service team/brand representatives to support events, new brand launch
  • Review & support requirements like packaging, palletization, markings, loading sequence & documentation, etc.
  • Periodically review and support inventory of customer-returns and store requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a warehouse environment
  • Experience in SAP WMS system
  • Understanding of SAP order/delivery processing, picking, packing and sortation
  • Understanding of stock transfers, Invoicing and inventory management
