Warehouse Process Expert

Our client is one of the world's leading US MNC within the FMCG industry. They're looking for a Warehouse Process Expert to join their Singapore team. The incumbent will be a key business contact for managing WMS/WES systems implementation and enhancements, translate distribution business requirements into technical set-up or configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Warehouse Management or Execution systems in the region, as well as coordinating with IT to link 3PL WMS with company SAP, if necessary.
• Work closely with regional and global IT teams to convert business needs into system processes.
• Be familiar with WMS's features and participate in WMS reviews.
• Coordinate End User Acceptance testing and collaborate with the operations team to conduct a Dry Run of the new features, defining and revising operational process flows as needed.
• Plan and implement the new WMS features' go-live.
• Review and audit the warehouse management system and processes on a regular basis to verify compliance.
• Assist with the implementation of supply chain transformation projects, including the adoption of essential solutions such as WMS, Supply Chain, and SAP.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred
• Five years' experience in supply chain integration and system implementation experience in a business role
• Experience in implementing Supply chain/process business transformation projects using SAP or another ERP platform is highly desirable.
• Experience in SAP warehouse management system, warehouse business process owner or WM key user preferred
