1 YEAR CONTRACT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR CUM HR SUPPORT (CONVERTIBLE)

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting a team of 4-5 senior management for expenses claims
  • Process the expense reimbursement (credit card and cash), ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests for finance
  • Prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets etc
  • Assist in-coordinating meetings and book meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities, and organize catering as required
  • Supporting HR department in HR admin duties and onboarding duties.
  • Arrange for interview arrangements
  • Arranging for seminars and events
  • Be involved in ad-hoc company/section projects
  • Reporting to office manager

Requirements

  • Diploma Levels and above
  • 2-3 years of office admin cum hr experience
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Words, Excel)
  • Able to work independently with initiative
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary ranges from S$3,000-$3500
