Our client is an global leading professional service company. As APAC IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the regional team to provide support to all stakeholders. To qualify, you must possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 6 years as IT Service Manager, Support Manager or IT Manager with regional team management experience
- Effective communication skill to build the trust and good relationships with different business stakeholders
- Strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Application and Security
- Strong experience in vendor management
- ITIL certified
- Excellent communication skills - ability to liaise with all levels
