Due to expansion and growth targets, they are now looking to recruit a competent individual with the relevant experience in a Business Development Manager (Farmer) function.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for retention and acquisition of business alongside the sales management for designated accounts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning and executing sales plans and strategies.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- At least 4 years of hands-on corporate sales experience including complete sales cycle and retention strategy
- A good university degree
- Experience within an ecommerce, Media, IT, solution-selling industry
- Strong passion for sales
- Microsoft office skills, i.e. Word and Excel
- Excellent relationship building skills; oral, written and interpersonal communication
- Team building/player skills
- A high level of cross-cultural and emotional intelligence
