L3 Support (Lync/ Skype for Business)

You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and Level 3 support, triaging and resolving issues, troubleshooting incidents escalated (Lync), monitoring environment performance of Lync environment whilst integrating and developing more advanced Enterprise Voice capabilities.

To qualify, you must possess the following:

  • Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields
  • Experience in implementation, configuration and supporting Lync 2010, 2013 and Skype for Business
  • Experience in user and access management, managing backup environments, supporting Disaster Recovery, analysing and troubleshooting user experience and service quality
  • Knowledgeable in Voice and VOIP technologies such as PBX, SBC and SIP
  • Knowledgeable in Active Directory, DNS routing, Load Balancing, Quality of Service and other network technologies
  • Knowledgeable in Proxies, Firewalls, Application Security Management, Network Segmentation and other security services
  • Strong in Powershell or other scripting tools
  • Experience in delivering services in ITIL environment
