KYC, Due Diligence and On Boarding Vice President
Team Management experience is a must to have
Strong technical knowledge in KYC / COB / CDD processes are required
A well-established, successful and well-known Bank is growing their KYC (Know Your Client) / COB ( Client On Boarding) team and therefore looking to hire ambitious professionals to join their team.
You will complete quality checks to ensure clients are on boarded accordingly. You should have a sound understanding of the end to end activities associated with the COB/ KYC processes.
You will break the silos within COB and with other departments to ensure efficient and speedy completion of tasks.
You will work closely with other internal teams to ensure top of the line service to clients and to re-engineer BAU processes adopting best practices
You will be participating in UAT and efforts to develop robust system and implement work flow tool
You will be leading and mentoring a team and will be the point of contact for escalation.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Proven track record as a manager, hands on experience and strong leadership
Overall experience of at least 8 years in the COB / KYC for Banking
Strong KYC background with experience working in Client On-boarding team
Effective communication skills - to be able to manage relationships with clients
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Meticulous and with great eye for detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with internal partners and leverage internal resources
