1 year contract customer service representative

1 YEAR CONTRACT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (UP TO $3200)

Our client is a MNC listed in the US Stock exchange

Job Description:

• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customers.
• Process Purchase Orders (POs) from a multi-region customer base.
• Generate Sales Orders to notify and update customers with delivery commitments, order status, and order changes.
• Ensure prompt and accurate order processing and acknowledgment.
• Process customer sample requests.
• Manage and develop the team customer service administrators
• Manage the customer accounts and processes
• Ensure that the feedback categorized correctly and timely in the Customer Feedback System.
• Perform any projects that may be assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• O levels and above
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Pleasant personality with good customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Salary ranges from $2500-$3200 per month
