1 YEAR CONTRACT HR BUSINESS PARTNER (Leading Pharma MNC)

Our client is an established MNC in the healthcare/pharma sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff requisition & headcount reporting
• End to end recruitment process
• Partner with Director to design and implement workforce planning strategies
• Partner closely with business leaders to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusivity.
• Use Data Analytics to make informed decisions
• Interviewing & Selection
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and submission before new joiner's start date
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Ensure timely processing, notification and acknowledgement of leavers cessation
• Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Degree and above
• At least 6 years in Human Resource/ or Business partnering
• Experienced in managing or coaching junior employees
• Knowledge in Data Analytics
• Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Possesses good communication skills

Salary ranges from $6000 ~ $7500 with allowances and bonuses
