12 MONTHS CONTRACT SENIOR MANAGER COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE

Our client is a Leading MNC in the Alcohol industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up the Sales training function that leads capability upgrade for the commercial organization in the areas of automation, analytics, forecasting accuracy, revenue growth management, key account management
  • Leverage the Sales Analysts to promote standardized reporting & develop action-driven automated dashboards
  • Maintain and update the GTR performance scorecard aligned to the GTR vision by region/key customer
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the store execution to deliver the best in-class store experience
  • Lead the training vertical for the commercial organization
  • Lead the process of commercial need analysis, develop a commercial learning calendar for all existing team members & new hires in commercial function
  • Conduct talent needs assessment sharing insights with the HR & talent development team for future hiring in Commercial organization.
  • Lead the Monthly Commercial Review process along with Sales Director & Commercial Marketing Director

Requirements:

  • Degree and above
  • 12-13 years in relevant experiences in FMCG/Beverage companies
  • Experienced in leading a team
  • Experienced in the use of sales forecasting software
  • Exceptional business, commercial and financial acumen

Salary ranges from $12000 ~ $15000 with bonuses
