1 Year Contract HR Generalist (MNC)
Job Duties:
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to, recruitment and retention, payroll, on-and off boarding, training and development, performance management, employee benefits and grievances / disciplinary matters.
  • Review and work with payroll outsourcing and approvals, local taxation and other required reporting or payments to local authorities (i.e. CPF contribution, IRAS submissions and other Government Paid Claims.)
  • Manage employee medical insurance renewals and enrolment / de-enrolment
  • Manage end to end process for all work pass applications and renewals
  • Drive HR strategies to align with corporate plans and objectives, inclusive of reviewing HR policies, practices
  • Ensure compliance with applicable human resource related legal and regulatory requirement
  • Provide monthly HR reporting to Management
  • Assist in all other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
  • Minimal diploma and above
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Location: East
  • Salary ranges from $4,500 - $6,500
