1 Year HR Executive (MNC | Convertible) - UP to $5000

Job Duties:

  • Applying generalist HR knowledge and practice across the end-to-end employee lifecycle and ensuring practices are compliant with relevant legislation and workplace policies
  • Assist and coordinating training and development requirements and programs
  • Administer HR-related documentation, maintain and update information in the HR system, such as personnel file management, payroll and benefits administration

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve the business objectives.
  • Promoting a culture of best practice and continuous improvement
  • Support in any ad-hoc activities and HR related project as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of HR related corporate experience in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
