12 MONTHS CONTRACT ACCOUNTANT ($6000)

Our client is a FMCG firm located in the east part of Singapore

Job responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Finance Manager
• Responsible for all key aspects of the Global procure to pay function (including processes for inventory accounting)
• Provide leadership, guidance, resource planning and staff development to the team members
• Review and supervise the team for reconciliations, reports, schedules and Statement of Accounts
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and queries from internal and external parties
• Ensure procedures are in compliance with prevailing corporate policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all payment transactions are complete, accurate and processed in a timely manner
• Manage monthly and year-end AP closing
• Ensure timely tax submission (GST/Withholding tax)
• Assist in month end closing
• Assist in Finance projects

Job Requirements

• Diploma and above
• 4 years of finance experience preferred, shared services experiences is a plus
• SAP experiences is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skill and an eye for detail and meticulous

Salary ranges from $5,000- $6,000/Month with attractive bonuses
