12 Months HR Payroll Executive (Convertible) - UP to $5000

Our client is a specialty chemicals MNC Firm.

Job Duties:

  • Payroll & benefits administration
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll for all entities in Singapore
  • Support ad-hoc and yearly tax submission
  • Submit statutory contributions and company claims for reimbursements.
  • Support monthly benefits reporting and administration
  • HR Administration
  • Reviews, updates and maintains proper maintenance of employee data in e-system and e-leaves
  • Assists in preparing monthly headcount report.
  • Provides employment certification letters, maintain p-files and records.
  • Monitors and prepare long service awards
  • Provide support to ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma/ degree and above
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond to tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
