12 Months HR Payroll Executive (Convertible) - UP to $5000
Our client is a specialty chemicals MNC Firm.
- Payroll & benefits administration
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll for all entities in Singapore
- Support ad-hoc and yearly tax submission
- Submit statutory contributions and company claims for reimbursements.
- Support monthly benefits reporting and administration
- HR Administration
- Reviews, updates and maintains proper maintenance of employee data in e-system and e-leaves
- Assists in preparing monthly headcount report.
- Provides employment certification letters, maintain p-files and records.
- Monitors and prepare long service awards
- Provide support to ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Minimum diploma/ degree and above
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond to tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
