14 MONTHS CONTRACT BUSINESS CONTROL MANAGER (CONVERTIBLE)

Our Client is a leading Cosmetic FMCG

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Financial Controller within the Team.
• Prepare/review monthly closing, budget and (rolling) forecast and ensure that the budget is properly administered and controlled in line with corporate guidelines
• Prepare/review weekly sales reports and monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports as required by HQ/APAC/locally
• Review and approve Purchase Orders, Concur T&E claims, contracts and product costing run
• Create Excel financial dashboards for business scenarios simulation as required
• Coordinate the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
• Understanding and analyzing the revenue and cost drivers to assist management in meeting financial targets
• Gap analysis between actual and estimated cost to adjust the standard cost if necessary
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures to meet all regulatory commitments
• Support systems enhancement projects, e.g. SAP.

Requirements

• 5-8 years' Experience in FP&A, with audit experience is a plus
• Degree and above
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent in Communication skills
• SAP experience is a must, SAP S4 HANA experience is a plus
• Analytical and meticulous
• Working well under pressure and under tight deadlines

Salary ranges from $6000-$6800 with 1 month completion bonus and attractive benefits
