18 Months HR Advisor - UP to $6500

Job Duties:

  • Work with business support managers and liaise with recruiters, vendors and direct applicants for designated roles/departments
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing employment contracts
  • Manage the internship programme
  • Act as the HRIS point of contact
  • Assist the Head of HR- South East Asia in the talent review process
  • Assist in the annual benefits renewal exercise
  • Liaise with overseas office and clients to support secondment arrangements
  • Manage benefits issues and queries
  • Assist in review and maintenance of all HR policies, procedures and documentation to ensure their applicability to the business going forward
  • Prepare various HR reports
  • To be involved in ad-hoc HR projects as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree and above
  • At least 2-3 years of HRBP/ relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
