Job description


  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Perform data entry and update spreadsheets and databases.
  • Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos, and emails.


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
