2 YEARS CONTRACT BUYER/PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (CONVERTIBLE)

Our client is an established MNC in the healthcare industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Senior Material Planner and Manager
  • Ensure PO issued timely for required on time delivery to site, resolve supplier service level and invoice issues.
  • Responsible for inventory coverage management, optimization to reduce obsolescence.
  • Support new product launches by reviewing all available information to determine what to buy, when and in what quantity.
  • Ensure all SOPs assigned are up to date and optimizing business processes and comply to Good Manufacturing Processes and in alignment to corporate standard.
  • Support annual materials planning and budgeting.
  • Assist in preparing weekly, global reports
  • Assist in projects and admin work

Job Requirements

  • Degree and above
  • 1-2 years' experience in procurement is a plus
  • Prior experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • High level of commitment and initiative, ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable to work in Tuas

Salary ranges from $3000 ~ $4000 with bonuses, and travel allowances of $550 per month
