3 Months Finance Manager (Convertible to Perm)

Job Scope:

• Provide commercial finance decision support on the performance of the Japan,South East Asia
• Review, co-ordinate and deploy month end operating result, budget and forecast reporting
• Lead the analysis of monthly operating results to ensure that the management team completely understands the results and identify trends that will impact future forecasts.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with regional GMs and sales managers.
• Monitor and Analyse trend of key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditure and profit margin.
• Implement business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
• Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
• Liaise with 3rd party accounting and tax firm on statutory and corporate tax returns and their review.
• Preparing and reviewing the monthly forecast and annual budgets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree with Accounting Qualification
• At least 7-8 years in a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst role in the FMCG industry
• High level interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team.
