6 MONTHS ACCOUNTANT CAPITAL ASSETS (Convertible)

Our client is a top global retail MNC

Job responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Finance Manager
• Partner with Store Development team and Store Divisions in the fixed asset process to ensure timely capitalization of assets upon completion of store construction.
• Ensure proper capitalization of cost and recording of depreciation/disposal/transfer of assets in compliance with local statutory tax laws
• Responsible for month-end financial reporting
• Consolidate monthly cashflow to head office
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of month end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly and annual report.
• Ad-hoc accounting duties

Job Requirements

• Degree and above, CPA is a plus
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting
• People management experience is a plus
• Must have strong knowledge of IAS.
• Problem solving, good analysing and practical thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Formulas)

Salary ranges from $5,500-$7,000/Month
